High daily calorie exchange chart

Q. I have your Pocket Personal Trainer and my fiance and I are just getting started with the program. His total daily calories is 3,764. Your chart only goes to 3015. Can I find another chart that goes higher to see what exchanges he can have.

A. The following chart is about 3740 calories with about 50% carbohydrate, high protein.

Starches: 19
Fruit: 6
Lowfat Milk: 5
Vegetable: 8
Meat: Vary meat sources
Very Lean-10
Lean-10
High Fat-5
Fat: 6 (from nuts, oils, avocados etc) polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, limited saturated since the meat intake is high. Hope this helps. Keep me posted.

I hope this helped.  Please contact me for further information or if you have another question!
