How the program works

To set up your netnutritionist appointment is simple:

Sign up for an Initial Consultation or a Phone Consultation.
You will be sent forms to complete and return by email gay@riley.net or fax 214 722-1935.
After you complete and return the forms you will receive instructions on scheduling an appointment time.
Schedule a convenient appointment time via phone, or skype (in town consultations for the DFW area can be arranged with an additional fee of $50).
During your netnutritionist appointment, you will discuss your plan of action. Gay will send you a report with the plan of action. Everyone's plan of action is different but may include a food plan, recommendations for supplements and testing if necessary, and lifestyle recommendations to get you started. Testing and supplements may be ordered from the website.
Follow-ups will be scheduled at the time of the appointment.

Phone Consultation $75

If you just have a few questions you want to address or a follow-up from an email, this may be the answer for you. Phone consults can last as long as you want them to, or just 30 minutes!

30-minute personal phone consultation with Netnutritionist

Email 1-5 questions. Schedule a time for a 30 minute phone consultation or using Skype for long distance calls. If you choose to have a Initial Assessment, $25.00 will apply to this service. If you need more time please reserve a 60 minute consultation for $150. Sessions will last for the time scheduled.

Phone consultation
Recommendations based on your completed nutritional forms, your personal nutrition, fitness, and health goals, and evaluation of any existing lab work you provide.
