Bean Burritos

oz. chicken meat (already cooked)
1 c. black beans (cooked or canned)
2 flour tortillas
½ c. chunky garden-style salsa
2 slices 2% low-fat cheese
4 T. low-fat sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 425. Fill
each tortilla with 2 oz. chicken meat, ½ c.
beans, 4 T. salsa, and 1 cheese slice.
Roll up and place in a casserole dish or aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top
with 2 T. sour cream.
