Spaghetti

lb. lean ground longhorn or extra-lean beef
(93% lean or higher)
1 sweet onion, chopped
3 T. crushed garlic (freshly chopped or in
the jar)|
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 T. dried fresh oregano
16 oz. Prego With Fresh Mushrooms pasta sauce
(or favorite brand)
8 oz. spaghetti pasta (cooked)
Instructions:
In
a skillet,
sauté ground beef with chopped onion, garlic,
and garlic salt .
Cook
until meat is thoroughly browned.
Add
pasta sauce, dried oregano and cook for another
2 minutes or until steaming hot. Pour
over spaghetti and serve with fresh sliced
tomatoes or salad.
