Organic Broccoli and Melted Cheese

Instructions:

Wash stalk of Organic broccoli well. Place in boiling water with salt and 1 T butter. Cover and boil until bright green and crispy. Top with 2 cheese slices and cover about 1 minute until cheese is melted.
