Salmon with Mustard Sauce

4 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. brown sugar, packed
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 ½ tsp. olive oil
1 ½ lbs. salmon fillet, raw

Instructions:

Mix the first four ingredients with 1 ½ Tbs. water and set aside. Broil or grill salmon steaks until done. Mustard sauce can be used as a glaze while cooking or as a sauce over cooked meat. As a sauce, lightly heat in the microwave before using.  4 servings.
