Daily
Maintenance Caloric Needs
Calculate
the approximate number of calories you should
consume to maintain your weight.
This number is based on your age, height, weight,
and daily activity level. When determining
your activity consider the level that you are
85% of the time. For example, if you work at
the computer 40-50 hours a week, watch
a lot of television, and ride your exercise
bicycle 30 minutes a week your activity would
probably be light.
