Daily Yogurt Drink
Drinking or eating yogurt can improve and balance gastrointestinal health. Eating yogurt on a daily basis can help with managing weight, lower heart disease and diabetes risk. Daily intake of yogurt has shown to alleviate IBS symptoms and diarrhea. Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus and B12.

- Organic full fat plain or homemade yogurt 1 C
- Pelligrino Water 2 C
- Lime juice fresh squeezed to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
Combine yogurt, water, lime juice and salt. Mix well and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh mint.
Yogurt drinks can be made with variations such as dried mint, or dill, and finely chopped cucumber. Filtered water can be used in the place of carbonated or mineral water.
