Morning Energy Drink

The most important way to set up the day for high energy, focus, and vitality is with the foods we decide to fuel up on first thing. It has become vogue and rightly so to blend live foods and nutrient rich ingredients in smoothies. The way to continue with the smoothie trend is to find the right blend of foods that taste good and are beneficial to nutritional well being. That provide certain chemical properties for digestion, intestinal health, energy and hormone balance, brain and cellular function. Antioxidants, fat, protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phyto-chemicals should all be included. In simple terms that means green leafy vegetables, vegetables, fruit and at least one citrus, protein powder or egg, and fat from coconut oil, nut butter, or avocado. Check out one of my favorites, Morning Energy Drink.
